What is the difference between a fixed and a flexible job?

A fixed booth is exclusive for you and your company. You will have your assigned table, where you can leave your belongings and customize your space. On the other hand, flexible booths offer the freedom to choose an available place every time you come, perfect if you are looking for maximum flexibility and don’t need to leave your work equipment in the space. Both include access to meeting rooms and social and tax domiciliation.

What are the dimensions of the offices?

In our spaces you will find offices designed to suit any type of team, from individual offices to spaces for larger groups. Whether you need a quiet place to work alone or a spacious office for your entire team, we have options for you. Check our availability.

With the part-time position, can I come either in the morning or in the afternoon?

With the part-time position you can choose between the morning shift (7:00 to 15:00) or the afternoon shift (15:00 to 22:00). This ensures that you will always find an available space to work comfortably.

How many hours of meeting rooms do I have?

Depending on the coworking position contracted, you will have a number of hours to access the meeting rooms:

  • Permanent position: 12 hours per month.
  • Flexible position: 10 hours per month.
  • Part-time position: 6 hours per month.
  • Quarterly membership: 6 hours per quarter.
  • Annual membership: 20 hours per year.

Can I add a drawer unit to my workstation?

If you have contracted a fixed coworking space, you can bring a chest of drawers to incorporate it into your assigned workstation.

Can I use any of the Cink Coworking locations in Madrid with my job?

With a quarterly or annual membership you can access any of our venues in Madrid three days a week.

Can a colleague from the company come to work for a day?

Yes, with our day pass option your coworker can enjoy a flexible workstation for 15€ + VAT. You just need to inform the coworking space manager in advance.

If I don’t use my workstation every day, can a colleague come and use it for me?

The posts are intended exclusively for the person or company that hires them, ensuring the continuity and comfort of the assigned use.

How can I cancel my membership?

To terminate your coworking space, we only need 15 days notice.

Do you accept pets in your coworking spaces?

We assure you that your pet will be much more comfortable in a different environment than in an office. Our coworking centers in Madrid are not equipped to be pet friendly.
