How to reserve an office with us
Ready to enjoy a private office in Madrid? The process is quick and easy:
How far in advance should I reserve an office in Madrid to guarantee availability?
You can do it the same week you start using the service or even the day before. The procedures are fast so that you can move into the office without any worries.
What are the payment methods to hire an office rental?
You will not have to worry about the monthly payment of the office rent and you will be able to direct debit the amount from your bank account.
You can also pay by bank transfer, in this case, payments are made between the 1st and 5th of each month and you must send us the proof of payment.
Is there a minimum rental period for the offices?
At Cink Coworking we work without permanence, nor will you find obligatory compliances. We believe in real flexibility and we adapt to the circumstances of the companies. We only need a 60 days notice if you decide to end the service.
When is the warranty returned?
The guarantee is the equivalent of one monthly payment and is returned at the end of the contracted service contract.
What are the dimensions of the offices?
In our spaces you will find offices designed to suit any type of team, from individual offices to spaces for larger groups. Whether you need a quiet place to work alone or a spacious office for your entire team, we have options for you. Check our availability.
Can I share my office with another company?
Cink Coworking offices are designed to be occupied by independent companies. The contract is linked to a single CIF to ensure privacy and exclusive use of the space.
If I need more space, can I expand?
Of course! We love to see the companies that stay in our spaces grow. In case you need more workstations, consult with your coworking manager. If there is no space in the same center, we will look for an alternative in another one nearby.
How do I access my office?
We will provide you with an access code to the center and the keys to your office so that you can work freely at the time you prefer.
Can I bring my furniture?
Of course you can! If you prefer to bring your own furniture, you can do it without any problem. We will remove our furniture for you to customize your office as you like.
How long are the tables?
All tables are at least 1.20 meters long so that you can work comfortably and ergonomically. Your well-being is our priority.
