    Renting one of our meeting rooms in Madrid is very easy. From the web you can book directly the room you need or if you prefer, you can also contact the coworking space manager. You just need to contact us and tell us the type of event you want to hold, how many people will attend, the day and the time you want to make the reservation.

    Within 1 business day, we will send you all available options tailored to your needs.

    What kind of rooms for rent do we have in our Coworking?

    Each of our spaces has unique rooms designed for different uses, although with similar capacities.

    Tell us what you need for your meeting and we will guide you on the room that best suits your requirements.

    How far in advance can you book a room in Madrid?

    We recommend booking at least 2 business days in advance to guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to make sure you have a space when you need it at any of our centers.

    If you cannot make the meeting or event, how far in advance should you cancel or reschedule?

    For changes or cancellations, our cancellation policy is that you notify us 48 hours before the reservation. Please remember to notify us of any cancellations in writing by email.

    How can you pay for the room rental?

    Payment is made in advance and you can choose between bank transfer, cash or credit card.

    What is included in the room rental?

    Renting our rooms includes: technological equipment, high speed wifi, ergonomic furniture, screens, whiteboard and reception service.

    If you need anything else, just ask us.

    Can you extend the room hours on the same day of the reservation?

    Yes, as long as the room is available. Although we cannot guarantee it, our team will do its best to accommodate your needs. To avoid inconveniences, we recommend you to calculate the time in advance.

    Does the room rental include guest reception?

    Yes, as long as it is done during our customer service hours, which are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30 and on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 16:30, our Coworking managers will be in charge of receiving your guests and guiding them to the reserved space, so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

    Outside these hours, the host must arrange for the reception of his guests.

    Can you hire a catering service?

    Yes, we have catering options to make your meetings or events even more comfortable. Please contact us to know the available alternatives.

    Are there any discount plans for multi-day room rentals?

    If you use our meeting rooms on a recurring basis, you can choose between two options for rooms with a capacity of up to 6 people:

    • 10-hour room voucher 135€+VAT
    • 20-hour room voucher 250€+VAT

    We also have options for rooms with a capacity of up to 12 people:

    • 10-hour room voucher 185€ +VAT
    • 20-hour room voucher 340€+VAT

    You will have 4 months to use the voucher in the rooms with the indicated characteristics.
